Unique Costa Rica Villas · Southern Pacific
46 villas on their own booking engine.
Guests pick a villa and dates, see the price for the season and pay - on Unique's own site, not a platform. The team runs it from an owner dashboard, and every guest gets their emails without anyone retyping a thing.
Where they started
A villa company with 46 homes on the Southern Pacific and a website that showed every villa - but no way for a guest to book and pay on it.
What we built
A booking engine on top of the site they already had, not a rebuild. Seasonal and weekend pricing per villa, minimum stays, calendars synced with Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com, and card payments into their own account.
How it works
Guests pay half at booking and the rest is charged four weeks before arrival. Six emails go out on their own, from the receipt to a pre-arrival note with local tips. The team sets every rate for all 46 villas from one screen.

What we built
A full site with a page per home, guest reviews, and search basics done properly. Behind it, a simple editor for text, photos and homes.
How it works
The owner updates photos, text and homes without calling anyone. Bookings run through the property software she already uses.

A three-bedroom home, found directly.
A new build a short walk from the beach, with a direct nightly rate on its own site. The owner changes rates and photos without calling anyone.

Its own site with a direct nightly rate, in English and Spanish, and visitor statistics so the owner sees where guests come from.
How it works
The owner changes rates and photos himself. Guests who find the home on Google can see it and get in touch directly.

A traveller picks a tour or a route, sees the price for their group, and pays. The booking lands on the team's calendar and the confirmation goes out in English, Spanish or French.
Casa Nube · Sámara
A hilltop villa with its own direct rate.
Ten guests, five bedrooms, a saltwater pool above the jungle. The owners update photos and dates themselves, and guests can book without going through a platform.
