Rezdy
Three plans: Foundation $49 a month, Accelerate $99, Expansion $249. On every plan, 3% per online booking, which you can absorb or pass on to your guest. Offline and agent bookings cost $1, $0.85 or $0.70 each, by plan.
Checkfront
One plan at $99 a month, plus 3% on online bookings, which you can absorb or pass on. No fee on offline bookings.
FareHarbor and Peek
Neither publishes a single rate. Both add a booking fee at checkout, usually paid by your customer. Operators tell us it is around 6%.
What it adds up to
On $14,000 a month of bookings made online - 100 bookings at $140:
- At 3% (Rezdy or Checkfront): $420 a month in booking fees, plus the plan.
- At around 6% (FareHarbor or Peek): about $840 a month, on your customers' bills.
The fee applies to bookings you won yourself
These fees apply to bookings made through the platform's checkout - including guests who found you on Google, came back from last year, or were sent your link on WhatsApp. That is the part worth looking at: the platform earns its fee on reseller bookings, less so on guests who were already yours.
For comparison, Pulpería is $39 a month plus 1.9% of bookings on your own site - $305 on the example above. Work it out on your own numbers.
